Puerto Rico in August. The main beer was Mahou when I was there last which I really like.

 

Ahh thought you were coming to Spain..

I love Spain. I like the Spanish people. I like their way of life, the way they look after their pensioners. The food can be a tad dull.

 

I like the mix of Spanish and African in the Canaries, haven't been there for ages now. The beer is mainly Spanish the local brew is terrible.

 

It helps, especially if you try to speak Spanish. You’ll find them much more receptive and friendly.

 

When we went to Lo Pagan in April no one spoke English. We got by using google translate. Bearing I mind I only eat or drink in places there are no expats from any European country. We were embraced by the locals. Even got free tickets to the local 3rd division football game.

 

How do you know if there are no Europeans in the restaurant you are eating at?

 

Eating pot noodles and asking for brown sauce on their calamari.

 

I lived on the streets in Spain when I was about 17 for a while. Crazy times. Ended up running with an Irish crew that were all on the run for robbing a factory. ****ing proper militant lunatics.

Did some naughty **** over there tbh. Not some of proudest moment's.

Not sure what the beer was like but their heroin is nearly always mixed with cocaine. Odd but that was the norm.
