Chelsea kid is a kevin Stewart play..cant lose and throw out on loan probably. fekir is one. fabinho kieta think lads are right about defence not getting anyone. worried about gk. think 2 or 3 forwards need to go and one striker come.
Elsewhere, Mo Salah kicked off July by signing the most expensive contract in Liverpool's history. The Egyptian superstar will earn £200,000-a-week for the next five years at Anfield after putting pen to paper on a new deal. Naby Keita confirmed as Liverpool's new No 8 but puts defence first CARRA'S BACK Former Liverpool star Jamie Carragher to return as Sky Sports pundit this season after spitting warning The former Liverpool defender has been suspended from his TV since March, when he spat at a man and daughter from his car window
So does anyone fancy him after last night's display? Big, powerful, nasty piece of work = just what we need?
btw he is at barca so unless they have some massive deal and need to shift a few i can't see them wanting to sell. Umtiti might decide it. did he sign a new contract after?
I heard that too and he's only started 5 games [?] for them. He was winning headers, put himself about and is just plain nasty. A player you like on your side rather than playing against.
TBH who knows what their issues are. Its not like LFC don't have lots and lots and lots of players form all over. Two brazil now. Matip has german passport but played for cameroon keita and mane are two african nations. Hell robertson is a jock!
Difference is Spain has rules on how many non-eu players you can use on match days. Means Mina doesn't get much game time
There was a similar rule in Serie A but then there was trouble with players and fake passports ... not sure what the rules are there now. Thinking about it - could this be why Spain and Italy have, relatively recently, had stronger national teams? They have top teams filled with their own nationals. Our top teams barely have any English players.

its interesting. I don't know that the strength of team can be put down to amount of non-eu as theres 28 country free for all to contend with. I think spain benefit from quite a few plying trade in UK. that helps thier numbers. they also robbed costa off brazil in fairness
