Quite excited with the possible signing of Vydra who is at least an established championship forward, certainly an upgrade on Lasogga, Grot & Ekuban who were nowhere near ready to play at this level. Abraham is also a decent striker, unsure if the rams can afford him even with the monies they would receive from the sale of Vydra

Copied as requested from the closed thread

Blackwood was seen at Thorpe Arch towards the end of last week, if this is a loan for the season I think it’s a good move as it’s competition for BPF. I’d prefer Gunn on loan but can’t see it happening.

Best news today would be the announcement of Vydra joining, that would show we mean business.

Saw a few posts on Facebook stating news articles claiming City are reluctant to loan us any players, they feel that their players would become targets as in targets for the hatchett men of the division.

I think had we not got Bielsa then Bartley and Hernandez would have been Leeds players by now but Bielsa has other ideas, if this is the case I’m glad Orta is finally working with the coach.

    Afternoon all

If you had a moderator who new how to use the tools provided for the job, there would be no need to close that thread and ask you to copy it onto this one.

FFS Matt, why didn't you just merge the two threads and it would have appeared on this one automatically!!!

Wouldn't know about Matt TBH, but he seems pretty fair to me and lets this forum roll. <ok>

Believe me Chesh, there are a few out there on other club boards, one in particular, who behave like God on "Their Forum". Of course they're only mods because they act "in the interests of their members" whereas in reality they like to wield the big stick at visitors who dare to interupt their private introverted one club discussions.

Anyway, no names, no pack drill eh?.......<whistle>

Well it worked up till very recently - I merged a few threads when requested on my board this past couple of weeks.

Select the threads concerned in the check boxes - hit the drop down menu and hit "merge threads". <ok>

Just remember to designate the destination thread you require otherwise you'll merge the wrong one and be left with the one you didn't want....<laugh>

Easy to undo though - just follow the same routine and "unmerge". <ok>
