Good Morning Everyone Matej Vydra has been excluded from Derby County's training camp in Tenerife! Frank Lampard is leaving Vydra at home while negotiations continue with Leeds over thefinal fee and payment schedule!!!! Derby are eyeing Tammy Abraham as a replacement for Vydra. Who would have the better deal? Carpi are still confident they will sell Jerry Mbakogu to Leeds United this summer! The fee however will be in ther region of 1.7m, not the 3.5m that was agreed. Mbakogu is liely to be a squad player. Leeds United and Middlesbrough are the big movers in the early Championship promotion odds market. Boro are now as short as 3/1 after stepping up their recruitment while Leeds are now fifth favourites at 7/2 following Marcelo Bielsa's arrival at Elland Road. Stoke City remain favourites for an immediate return to the Premier League with Gary Rowett's new side available at 2/1. They are followed by West Bromwich Albion at 5/2. Swansea City are joint third favourites at 3/1. Bristol City are now 8/1 with the bookies to earn promotion next season, with Lee Johnson’s side odds being increased slightly from the start of the month.

Blackwood was seen at Thorpe Arch towards the end of last week, if this is a loan for the season I think it’s a good move as it’s competition for BPF. I’d prefer Gunn on loan but can’t see it happening. Best news today would be the announcement of Vydra joining, that would show we mean business. Saw a few posts on Facebook stating news articles claiming City are reluctant to loan us any players, they feel that their players would become targets as in targets for the hatchett men of the division. I think had we not got Bielsa then Bartley and Hernandez would have been Leeds players by now but Bielsa has other ideas, if this is the case I’m glad Orta is finally working with the coach.
