We've been told they are constantly reviewing situations... in theory they should alert the ref... but as you say... Although the idea that many are going to stay on their feet in this world cup maybe makes it largely mute lol
Think the feeling is mutal, hence why ITV keep pairing them up. They had a massive argument about a pen in an earlier game (think it was Billic) since then they've argued about everything. O'Neill was a massive nob, dismissed everyone else's opinion and basically told them they were idiots.
