That's what happened to me too, I never backtracked though, funnily enough, I went home last week and they were offering us the Movies and Sports packages for half price.

But, I'm going to keep up the boycott out of principle (I'm ****in rooked <wah>)

Has anyone ever drank the milk as soon as the cows are milked, without any processing? It really is quality.

What Pedro hasnlt told you is before he makes the call he stalks all the call centre mob and kidnaps their pets then threatens to boil them alive if they don't give him a better deal. It works for me with vodafone as well by the way......

Na I just get on like a **** on the phone. Tell them how **** their broadband is, how nothing is ever on hundreds of channels. I said to them last year that I wanted sports out and told them I only watch football and there was no point in keeping Sky as all World Cup games were on TV. They gave me it free for 4 months.

Tell them you've got quotes from BT & virgin and use that to bargain.

Good call. I don't know how people can eat McDonalds 'food', or KFC or Burger King for that matter. Once for each of them was more than enough for me
