Na I just get on like a **** on the phone. Tell them how **** their broadband is, how nothing is ever on hundreds of channels. I said to them last year that I wanted sports out and told them I only watch football and there was no point in keeping Sky as all World Cup games were on TV. They gave me it free for 4 months. Tell them you've got quotes from BT & virgin and use that to bargain.
