Okay, lads. Things are getting pretty serious now that Spain, Portugal and Argentina are out of the Finals. I know that some of you have already sunk a king's ransom in booze, but I thought it would be handy to keep tabs on our drinking, as we move into the business end of this gig. I'm on bottled Estrella, with a cheeky bottle of JD Fire on the side for chasers. For the match, I'm going to be drinking Red Stripe. Plus, I'll have a cheeky bottle of Champers in the fridge, just in case we get through against Columbia. My mate won't know anything about it, as I don't want to jinx the result. What are lads enjoying for the Croatia match?
Diet Coke probably. Maybe a Peroni. Bit gutted we’re playing on the Tuesday now as I booked Monday and Tuesday off.

It won't be much stronger than that. I'm currently sitting here with a flavoured water and that could be my drink of choice on Tuesday.
I very rarely drink on a school night and won't be going out to watch the game, so no temptation there. With the weather being glorious here at the moment, I tend to drink flavoured water as I'm not over keen on fizzy drinks.
On a serious note, I think I'm gonna have my lad for the night which will mean no drinking and just chilling out in bed watching it. I'll go to the pub Saturday if we get through though.
