Not seen this posted, but thought I'd post the email I received.

    Dear Member,

Please be advised that we have moved to a new process for Direct Debit collection which shows each of the Memberships that you pay for under separate Direct Debit reference numbers.

Your previous Direct Debit reference will no longer appear on your bank statement and will be replaced by new reference numbers.

Be assured that the total amount of your Direct Debit payment remains the same however it allows the purchase of new Memberships or the cancellation of existing ones to be processed via a simpler process.

    Yours sincerely,

    Finance Department

I checked my online banking today, both the direct debit mandates are showing on my account. I wonder which one is going to collect?

I notice earlier in the week I had two DD's now set for City.

So they did without asking or explaining beforehand.

Exactly. I'm actually stunned that people will still drop their pants, bend over and hope the Allams will eventually and finally come good.

Cancel the ****ing membership and get some dignity back ffs

I didn't get an email, because I'm not a CSM. But it makes sense to make their lives easier given how many cancellations they've had. Wonder how many memberships will be active next season. 3 digits?

How much dignity did we have under Fish/Needler (home end given to Bradford), under Lloyd ( attempted move to Boulevard and literally chucking club's history into skip or creaming off nice items) or under the criminal Hinchliffe/Buchanan flogging their clapped out bus to us at exorbitant price/ getting us locked out of BP?

I know they won't come good, but that's not going to stop me doing something I enjoy doing and going to watch my team play at our home ground. Just because I choose to go does not mean I drop my pants bend over or have any less dignity..... I just won't let bullies or idiots stop me going. Previous poor owners havent and any we have in the future won't either

I agree, you should do what you enjoy. I'll go get on with my cross stitch and embroidery lessons though if you don't mind...

I only started going when we got to the Premier League. Then we got relegated and I lost interest. I got a season pass when Brucey took us up again.

I was of a similar mind to you up until this fiasco with the votes on concessions and now this charade with the badge, it confirmed that the Allam's were just taking the piss out of the supporters. I decided that I couldn't justify giving anymore of my money, I was a cooperate member which is not a small amount, so reluctantly decided to stop going to home games and cancel. I will however go to as many away games as I possibly can. It would be great to see the away allocation totally sold out for each away game, as I expect very low numbers at the KCOM.

As a footnote, it crossed my mind how well Russia have done in this WC, just goes to show what a full stadium can do even with a fairly average team. Pity Ehab Allam hasn't latched onto that sensible idea, but there again he seems to be on a different planet to most other people.

On a similar note, time is almost up for them to give. Notice on price changes for October. They have to give 90 days notice so that means they must do it today or tomorrow. If not then they won’t change til November.
