Why am I wrong then.
Because it's about being part of the local community, seeing each other through the **** times and then enjoying the good times when they come along. The **** times bring people closer together, so when them rare occasions come along that we taste success, we cherish them so much more.

Basically, it's being proud of your home town and wanting to see them successful. Not another random town that you never go to, or who's stadium you've never been to.

Glory Glory Man United

Well expressed Saffy ... couldn't agree more <ok>

If football is about being entertained and winning trophies, i must have missed the fooking boat with my lot.

Fine thanks buddy ... you?
Yeah, I'm good. The business is flying but it's also really tiring and time consuming. I had an accident on my bike going 40mph which left me with a fractured arm and a bit bruising and the helmet has probably saved me from a serious head injury if not worse. I'm fine now though, I think my male pride has been mostly affected.

You're ****ing off anyways if they start climbing the league and being successful, we've had this convo <laugh>

I’m not positive about chances, Fellaini staying has dampened my expectations, I have no hope whatsoever.

You had no chance of winning the league, whether Fellani stayed or not.

You’ll do well to finish top 4, next season, Matth.

There's gonna be a shed load of money spent before the transfer window closes, especially so by the big guys at the top of the table.

But the idea of anyone other than City winning the league next season is just insane at the minute.

It'll be interesting to see what sort of squad Levy intends to field for your new stadium this year though or whether he just plays safe with the money and keeps changes to a minimum.

I don't think we need to make any big changes.

All the most consistent sides in footy history kept the same bunch of players together. That's the key for us - not to lose any key players.

So you want to be "consistent" at hanging around the top 4 (or 6) and putting the pressure on, what happened to ambition?

If Spurs don't really improve on last season, I reckon Poch might have took them as far as he can.

I think you're right but it will only be because Levy hasn't backed him enough. We are not far...it's obvious we need a bit more first team quality to move on a level instead of bulking up the squad for the sake of it. Not easy improving on last season though, when you are competing with the Manchester clubs..we can't compete with them financially.
