Tommy's got his appeal on 10th July. The Judge is The Right Honourable Lord Justice Leveson, the most senior criminal judge in Britain; as they say, Tommy doesn't do anything by halves. Shan't be long before this news goes around the world..

Loads of publicity for TR and his noble causes and a chance for the illegal prosecution that you keep talking about to be put right in The Court of Appeal with the most senior criminal judge in Britain. On that basis, if he wins the appeal and you must be convinced he will even with the evidence you have (as opposed to what his professional legal team come up with) your views on the handling of his case would be vindicated, after all, that is the point of the Court of Appeal. If, on the other hand he loses, will you be gracious enough to admit perhaps you are wrong?
Well, it's not a case of being wrong about what happened from the time Tommy got arrested, even before hand.....The appeal is a retrial where all the evidence presented will be presented by Tommy's Solicitors....Not sure if the appeal judge will look at Marsons findings, and how the first trial was conducted, don't know if that's in his procedure, but either way, it's a new trial. Tommy's Solicitors have also applied for bail. Judge could uphold Marsons original decision, but that would be condoning, and agreeing with how Tommy was treated and denied his legal rights......which is corruption and a dictatorship. Judge may find him guilty and sentence him to time already served, plus a fine, or whatever. Judge may quash all charges due to the way Tommy was originally treated, and Marsons was a witness and a presiding judge on case. Obviously there was enough evidence of corruption, denied legal rights etc to warrant an appeal being granted, then it depends what evidence / details Tommy's new Solicitors put forward, what they're arguing for and what they're seeking. What got the ball rolling for grounds for an appeal, imo, was Marsons unlawfull actions, and what he admitted too.......
I’m not actually trying to prove anyone right or wrong here. If he wins the Appeal then, quite rightly he should be released and compensated for the wrongdoing. However, your third paragraph is the concern I have. This will be a very visible trial with a prominent judge and, no doubt, Press from all over the world. If he loses his appeal, his supporters will claim it is condoning corruption and dictatorship rather than accept he has been found guilty because he broke the laws of the land. You have presented shed loads of evidence why you think he has been treated unfairly and, absolutely his lawyers will do the same. If, however, Leveson agrees with the original sentence we have to accept that it was correct because that is the judicial system that helps make our country what it is

Wasn't saying you were Marcus, The Judge has to play this one with kid gloves I think, because of the corrupt way Tommy was treated. I'm guessing he will look at the original arresting charge of Breach of the Peace, then ask himself "if there was contempt of court, why didn't the Police charge him with contempt in the first place". We have to remember this Judge Leverson is suppose to know the law inside out, as well as looking at the situation from every angle. I'm willing to go out on a limb and say the judge won't uphold Marsons decision, because Marsons shouldn't have been the presiding judge to begin with, and for the corrupt way the trial was held. While Leverson can uphold Marsons decision, an appeal basically wipes the slate clean and the evidence, which will now include further evidence will be heard again, this time given by Tommy's experienced Solicitors. I think it's fair to say Tommy's Solicitors will look at every nook and cranny with a magnifying glass from the beginning to when Tommy was jailed. One of the good things, amongst many, to come out of Tommy's arrest is, along the way he exposed corrupt police, and a Judge, who, by all counts exposed themselves in their eagerness to jail and silence Tommy.........Whatever Tommy does, he seems to expose corruption on his journeys. Those who hate Tommy Robinson, and berate him through obsessive hatred need to take a good look at what exactly is happening to our country, cos what happens to us will happen to them, and their kids, and their grand kids and so on......
