    Last few bits from Spain.
    - Finally from what we know the English club Southampton which had already presented a formal offer to close the operation.

    - it is expected in the coming days the documents will be formed and an economically beneficial transfer to the bank will be announced.

    - There was firm interest from West Ham, but finally it will be Southampton who takes the player traded.

    Could well be? Think he played a lot on the right of a back 3. Supposed to be comfy on the ball with good strength and pace. Is only 22 so will need time but at least has a bit of experience playing in European leagues.

    How many will spot the reference? Probably only those who have read, or still do read the Mirror, unless The Perishers appear elsewhere.
    My favourite Marlon memory was as follows.
    Wellington- “Marlon, you’re not limping anymore”
    Marlon- “No, I went to the doctors this morning”.
    Wellington- “What did the doctor do?”
    Marlon- “He took a marble out of my sock.”

    Well it made me chuckle.

    OK what's going on? Identifying squad weaknesses and strengthening accordingly? For reasonable fees? Early in the window? Did someone call IT and complain about the black box? Have we turned it off and turned it back on again?
