It's been revealed that a combination of Tory trolls and the FBPE mob are both engaging with the exact same pattern of behaviour in sending micro donations of between 1-10p to left-wing blogs such as Evolve Politics, The Canary, Skwawkbox and Another Angry Voice under the mistaken belief that doing so actually costs the bloggers money - when what they're actually doing is giving free money to PayPal, while not affecting those blogs one iota other than giving them material. Says a lot that those clinging to the shining light of Blairism are indulging in the same tactics against the same people that the Rees-Mogg and Farage fanboys are, doesn't it?
The DRC is dangerous for everyone, not just women so those stats are skewed a bit. Yes rape and murder is a national pass time, a bit like football, cricket or going to the pub here, but neither are viewed with the same magnitude as they are here. A thousand bucks to the local police will get one off most charges in the DRC including rape and murder.
