    Something is not right in that Germany camp. The amount of changes every game, five today, players massively under-performing. It is not the Germany we know, I expect to see big changes

    Multiple changes throughout a short tournament are bad.
    Shifting out a lot of older players and replacing them with youngsters and then sticking with those youngsters is good.
    I think that's what he's saying, anyway.
