Granit Xhaka, Xherdan Shaqiri and Stephan Lichtsteiner were fined by Fifa for their 'double-headed eagle gesture' celebrations in the win over Serbia. Xhaka and Shaqiri were fined 10,000 Swiss francs (£7,632) and Lichtsteiner was fined SFr5,000 (£3,816). The appeal raised more than $16,000 of its $25,000 target within 18 hours. Is it me or is this completely insane. Why would a bunch of poor people (in comparison to footballers) crowd fund 3 footballers that earn $25,000 in 1 day collectively. Crazy.

Probably more of a case that it was almost done. Photo's leaked etc. Going back to Lyon would be tough for Fekir as he was as good as gone. Lyon realise that and are trying to sell.... for as much as possible. I can't see him playing for Lyon again. I do think he'll get a move, but unlikely to us imo.
I just didn't want Fekir, can't say I had a good reason for it but just a feeling that he wasn't right for us.
