    Well yes. They are. Best place in the country if you ask me. Glasgow does possess a special kind of knuckledragger though and one of them, draped in Union Jacks, swathed in sovereigns and King Billy tattoos certainly wrote this in his mum's bedroom.

    And definately no gangland violent crime?...sorry HB, I'm just responding to that Celtic fan on here trying to say that it was some kind of utopia up there. It has its' problems just like every other major conurbation in Britain.

    I thought I'd go to Scotland on William and Kate's wedding day so I wouldn't have to watch it. I broke down in Glasgow. Spent 3 hours in the garage waiting room watching the wedding. Point is, the nice Glaswegians fixed my car! Didn't understand a single word til they said 200 pounds please.

    Similar experience, took car into Scottish garage, could just about understand the guy in the office who advised me to see the boys in the repair bays. Two of them there could not understand their single work but we all started laughing (probably about me) but I thought it best to join in. Much thigh slapping later I emerged from the garage, missus asked me if they could do the repair, I told her that I didn't ha a @£&ing clue. Drove back down South.Almost as puzzling as when I asked a couple of Jarrow scaffolders if they enjoyed "having a crack with their marrow" reduced them to helpless laughter again.

    Called him into the first team side at 20 and gave him a bunch of game time in preseason against top competition, and there was a bunch of talk at the time that Gunn was being positioned as their keeper of the future, as he does all of the sweep-y things that Pep loves so much. That might've changed; I just assumed he was still a big part of their plans given that he didn't do anything an Norwich to lower his stock.
