Transfers so far...

How does everyone feel NUFC have done transfers IN so far (Going Out has been done to death)
So far the players brought in are shaping up to be good signings

Cabaye - looking very comfortable in the EPL and seems to get better and better

Obertan - No one expected him, slipped in under the radar. Needs confidence but is improving and feel will improve the more he plays.

Marveux - Qaulity player, looks a good prospect. To early to judge just yet, but did ok against S****horpe playing 120 mins (considering he has played since last Novemebr)

Ba - Poor start but against Fulham shows signs of improvment and again if he can stay fit can see him improving.

Potential Signings

Santon - From what I've read this will be a really good signing

Maiga - Not seen anything of him, but again from what I've read is a very good signing.

NUFC have gone quietly about there business and have certainly surprised us with some of their sigings (Marveux, Obertan) Here is hoping fo a couple of more good surprises.

You have forgot about Nolan Roux and Cissochko but once we have them I think top 7 is possible.

The club themselves have said he's going nowhere as they want 12m for him.

As for signings. Cabaye, Marveaux, Ba, Abeid, Obertan, and potentially Elliot, Maiga, Santon, Situ. Not bad at all.

On the signing's;

Think Cabaye will be a big hit as he adapts to the league and our team.

Obertan will probably be very frustrating as i'm not sure on his end product.

Ba's touch doesn't look good enough for him to score loads but hopefully he'l prove me wrong.

Marveux looked good but unfit which is to be expected. Hopefully we can keep him injury free.

Honestly not seen any of the potential signing's but our scouting team's done decent so far

 

Pleased with how the players we've brought in have been performing. Still slightly worried about the size of our squad especially defensive options.

 

Santon and elliot are looking likely signings and Maiga a possibility.

If we got those in and the window closed I'd be pretty happy.

We have a lot of virsitile players that can do a job all over the pitch in diffrent positions.

NUFC play a very quite game when it comes to transfers and give very little away, which I'm glad they keep it low key.

We seem to be getting what are looking to be quality signings, Quality not quantity (sunlan)

Team spirit is one thing, Skill is completly diffrent and this is what I think we will have this season.

 

Forgot about Abeid as well , 18 year old which Pardew reckons is pushing for first team football sooner than expected.

Not seen anything of him yet.

 

I haven't heard of the Situ one???

 

Young centre back on trial, expected to sign him soon.

 

Ah I see I am still hopeful of 2 striker to be honest but I guess I'm getting greedy.
