I'm look in forward to seeing your evidence. And admin, despite several messages to you asking to close down my account, you have failed to do so. You have also allowed publication of libellous comments about me that have actually damaged my reputation in the Charlton community, as as publishers of this material you are also liable. I also suggest to take some sort of action, as this message is your notification of intent. And to those of you who follow me to the other forum, I suggest you desist immediately, as I have presented a full and fair defence on this forum, but you have chosen to ignore that and have instead repeated those allegations, further damaging my reputation to a wider audience. James I have some sympathy with you but a sense of proportion and perspective might be in order. This fora is read by less than a dozen people if there is any defamation the effects and consequences are at worst extremely minimal. You do realise you are going some way to make many of the adverse comments hurled your way accurate. That’s just my opinion btw so don’t be setting the attack lawyers on me. I don’t suppose this is the right time to invite you to the Accrington meetup?

Hi @lardiman I read your comment on ITTV that the key stumbling block to a takeover is RD’s asking price. I would respectfully disagree - we would all accept that £40m is a joke, but it is what it is. When I used to get 50p a week pocket money as a lad, I never pretended I could spend it in Harrods. The key stumbling block is a bidder who never had the dosh...hence 15 months & counting ..
