Playing to his strengths at international level, the opposite of what we i.e. England do with Vardy. Quite ironic really.
That performance should silence all those who have questioned his ability. His problem at Leicester has been that he's been in and out of the team and played in the wrong position (and he's not been alone!). We saw what he could do in the pre season tournament against Barcelona a couple of years ago.
I was at that Barcelona game and thought he was quality. Agree that he hasn't been given a real run in the side.
I wouldnt be against giving him another chance as yes he hasnt had much of a chance but again he has shown nothing to suggest he deserved more game time
Great goals by him today, really good feet for the second as well as the finish for the first. Could he have a future here?
