Best of luck to Max , I may be in the minority but I liked him as a player and thought he did well in the circumstances The fact he went abroad as well makes me think he didn't want to take the easy route and wants to improve as a player
Hardly a cheer leader. I don’t see the point in letting a home grown player go that’s versatile. Particularly when it will cost more to sign a replacement, if we do at all. There’s been some very poor comments on here regarding Max Clark who came in and did a job in a position that he hadn’t played in years. Yet he was still better than Kingsley. I hope he goes on to ram those comments back down the throats of the people that made those judgements. Like they did with Cairney - I wish him well and I only hope that those people reflect on very poor judgement.

Squabbling over £400K. Clarke compo that Vitesse have agreed to pay reported at £400K Both announced on the same day It’s almost like one paid for the other & nowt’s been spent. One in, one out, same ****, different players.
Exactly. Enob has managed to juggle things so we now have one senior rb and one senior lb, whilst spending next to nothing. Wages probably increased but that wont concern him much as hes not here for the long term. His master plan continues to unfold. #ticktock
Manager loses player he wasn't keen on. Gets his first choice rb. Has his first choice lb. Manager happier. #tactics
Well. bloodstock is at all time high currently JEX...!!! And come to think, if he wants £20m for Bowen,. he should have got £40 million for HM and AR...
That's just how I see it, Ehab has his Polo hat on and see's players as blood stock there to sell and make money.
Maybe. But it shouldnt be an either/or. Nige made it clear he wants 2 senior players per position and that he wanted to keep Max.
Nigel wanted to keep him as a left back and he’s signed for Vitesse Arnhem as a left back, regardless of the position he played in League Two, he’s now a left back.
No one will pay 20 million so the player stays, unhappy that he didn't get a move goes through the motions till the end of his contract and walks away for nothing. Best run club in the world we are, not.
That's possibly true, but i wouldn't say he was good enough for the championship at left back. Good luck to him though will remember his crunching challenge on Snodgrass last season.
Max Clark - I just want to say a massive thank you to all the coaches, staff and players that I have worked with over the past 8 years at @hullcity. I achieved mine and my family’s dreams by playing in the first team for my home town club and I would like to say a massive thank you to all the fans of the club who have always been amazing with me. I wish the club all the best for next season and I really hope the club achieves what the fans deserve now and in the future!
