Oh my god, you're still talking about me. As far as I can tell, only a couple of people seem to believe the lies you're spreading about me. Really creepy to be still posting this stuff, but keep going if you it makes you happy. What's feeding this obsession of yours I wonder....
This is from NLA on CL and it is not good. He has been 100 per cent right so far. Back in the cafc and Aussie consortium negotiation table things take a big backward step After establishing that NLA was right and they haven’t got the money that RD wants currently The discussions continue on how hard they are trying to rectify the situation But currently they would be open to buying the club Minus Wait for it it’s a corker The ground and the training ground So as I keep saying The aussies have no money And we are back at cafc del Amitri day Because this **** storm was definitely spoke about months ago What an absolute **** ****ing scenario we will face now should the inevitable happen and the Aussies ****ed up attempt to find an investor or investors We won’t be rid of RD ****ing shambles running the club ****ing shambles buying the club
All along I have had a hunch that NLA is sure of his views. I have always believed that there has been an ulterior motive with Dushitelet and I'd not be surprised if he has been trying to keep a hold on the The Valley. Should the Australians buy but not owning everything I think that would be the final nail in the coffin for thousands more supporters.
Sorry, I find that difficult to believe. The Club minus the Valley and the training ground is what exactly - the players? The combined value of our entire squad right now is less than £8 million. In 12 months time when 16 contracts expire it will be worth almost nothing. What other assets does the Club have? 27,000 used plastic seats mostly covered in bird droppings, a bunch of old office computers and photo copiers, some stationary perhaps? It doesn't even own the bust of Jimmy Seed in the board room. Even with the tea urns and the fire extinguishers thrown in we can't be looking at more than £500,000 absolute max. From RD's asking price of £40m+ the Valley and the training ground has got to make up at least two thirds of that (when you remove the quarter which only exists in Duchatelet's head). Why would anybody pay more than £10 million for a Club with no ground and no training ground and only half a squad, virtually all with less than a year on their contracts? The Australians are not fools. I don't know NLA and I have never read his posts. But from what you are saying DickPlumb it looks like he is insulting the intelligence of supporters.
Yes. Ken Bates sold Elland Road to some shady company based in the British Virgin Islands and our training ground to the council. We were paying huge rents on both and took 14 years to buy them back...
I used to like Ken Bates, very controversial but straight talking. I lost all time for him when he bad mouthed Matthew Harding after he died.
Quite possibly. I guess there could also be an option for the Consortium to purchase the Valley and the training ground in installments over a number of years. But there is no detail of such possibilities in the message DickPlumb posted. The way it reads (for maximum effect possibly?) is that RD will just keep the Valley and the training ground. Indeed a pessimist could even conclude that CAFC will be homeless once the take-over is completed. The message above says nothing even about Duchatelet renting the Valley back to the Club. It's interesting how a lack of detail can open a message to many differing interpretations.
He is certainly not insulting the intelligence of the supporters. He is very well connected. He has been saying all along that the Aussie Consortium haven't got the money. When Everett was saying it was a done deal. NLA was saying a price hadn't been agreed.
The bloke is a tax cheating scumbag with less redeeming features than Royston! He makes RD look like Father Christmas when it comes to owning a football club.
Royston Are you intending to make the Accrington trip? I feel I owe you a beer and you will fecking well drink it!
Yep, I will be there, trains allowing, with my sons. They are both bigger & stronger than me, so don't try anything
