    Sign Bendtner for 8m who will get 20 goals a season IMO and get Macheda in on loan. Sell Loverkrands and release Ranger.

    Strikeforce will be; Bendtner, Ba, Best, Ameobi and Macheda.

    We really are scraping the end of a dirty bucket, to sign ANY player aren't we?

    This is going to be exactly like last season, wait till the final day and get a loan player (Stephen Ireland)..

    Since when was the asking price £12m?

    I swear it was £8m and we were only willing to pay £7m?

    Im glad we are not paying 12m. Hes not worth it. Maximum 7-8m. Would rather spend £5m on Santon and and 5m on onouha who can play anywhere in the back 4 including Simpsons position.

    Can't be true Macheda ain't nowhere as good as Sammy or Vuckic, seriously can't have mediocre forwards like Lover and Macheda tampering with the progress of very good prospects.

    If we sign another striker aswell and release Ranger & Lover then this wouldn't seem anywhere near as bad, but if they think Macheda is the answer to all our forward problems, they are wrong

    He looked promising when he first hit the scene but seems to have gone backward rather than forward. An off the field problem? His moment of glory gone to his head? Nightlife?

    I'm more than willing to give the guy a chance. He is young and has a point to prove. If he can strike up a partnership with Best/Ba I don't see what the big problem is. We might still get another striker in on a permanent basis.

    Bendtner imo would be a great signing. He's looked hungry sitting on the bench and wants out, unlike players such as Kalou or NGog, Joe Cole and Santa Cruz, who are seemingly happy to just sit on a bench and collect wages as long as it's at a CL club.

    As for Marcheda, why not? What is there to lose. Give the lad a chance. Look at Pique and G. Rossi. ManU reservists who weren't ever given a go.

    RE Wellbeck. He's been stuffing in the 'roids. Look at the kid, he's all muscle now, scary. He was a thin kid when I last saw him, hence his hamstring, one of many to come. Buffed up way too much, much like Owen did when he did he knee, he buffed up way too much, came back, and everytime he moved he strained a hamstring or tweaked a groin. Torres too when you think about it. Ok, going off topic here.

    Main point is though Lovenkrands is so not premier league material. For his sake I hope he moves to scotland or the Championship. He'll do fine there and be much happier. He got +15 goals there, but in the prem he'll most likely get a single tap in. So I'd rather have Macheda on the bench than McLovin.

    Ranger needs to go. How many chances does this guy get? Sack him. He's lazy, he's wasting his talent away and needs to learn the hard way, work his way from the conference up.
