Ive seen plenty. most of the controversy is coming from people not happy with VAR and blaming things thats nothing to do with the technology on it like Kane's not given penalty. unhappy when its used, unhappy when its not used. it gets a bit ridiculous. for example the Kane penalty decision is a good example of where it is likely to improve the standard in the future when refs learn to use it properly with the correct angles etc. if it was given i doubt people would have even achnowledged VAR was involved and just called it obvious.

 

Literally never a foul, but it's the WC group stage, so random South American refs to be expected. It's still a very one way match.

 

Struggling to see how you can possibly use a blatant pen not given following a review, as an argument for Var

 

The pen Sweden got earlier was about the best use of VAR so far. The ref should have given it in real time though, which to me is evidence that refs and linemen are bottling decisions just because they have VAR to fall back on, and then they most often still get it wrong!

 

Come one, that is assault on Kane, it’s impossible to miss! But clearly not! I’m seriously worried if 10 guys sat in a room can’t see that , seriously seriously worried!

It will never work because refs simply aren't good enough. Spend the time and money improving standards rather than this ****ing farce trying to take us into the world of Yank sport.
