I think the VAR is working well. Some penalties given which would have been not awarded otherwise. The delays are certainly not excessive.
It is all to slow and needs to be sped up. in one game 4 minutes of added on ended up as nearly 9 games will be going on for 2 hours soon.
I don't see what's the rush anyway. so what if a few more mins are added at the end - as long as the decision is correct and fair ? Imagine your country going out of the World Cup to a wrong decision whereas with VAR adding a few mins of time you go through to the next round - surely that outweighs anything else ? Personally if it was my team I wouldn't care if it took 10 minutes !
