    ...and this is today.

They're really getting there. One of the posters on SSC went to view his firm's Executive Suite yesterday. He was told it will be ready for the August test events. Not "finished" but "ready".

You can see hundreds of seats installed just about everywhere.
The club needs to address the live camera issues though whats the point of having them if two aren't working and 1 is now just showing roof panels ( How many Chris Cowlin?)

Believe it or not, before I saw this post I was going to mention Stingray. Not so much the series itself, but I genuinely think that the opening credits sequence is one of the most exciting ever made. I don't care if anyone laughs!

And lets not forget the fabulous Barry Gray music in all those shows.

Anyone see the "live action" puppet plays "Thunderbirds FAB" at the theatre? Pure magic.

Yes, a long time ago. Very good.

I had a couple of Dinky toys from the 60's - a Stingray and the Captain Scarlet SPV vehicle. They weren't boxed or in great condition or anything but... Of course, my mum threw them out when she moved into a smaller place years ago. <wah>

Happy belated World Cheese Day, although I'm down to my last wedge of Stilton, last wedge of parmizan, run out of cheddar and Roquefort and no bloody water biscuits left and I've still got 9 days to go. World Cheese day for me will be the 18th when I will get a chance to visit Sainsbury's. Probably going to finish the last box of claret tonight as well. G&T's after that. Life in Africa is fekking hard.

Anyway, the point of my post is two fold. Why only Premium seat members? Is my fekking money not as good as others?

And secondly and probably most importantly, Fekking Round Tables <doh><doh><doh>. I hate fekking round tables in Restaurants. Not enough room for two people to get two plates, two side dishes, water glasses, wine glasses, perhaps a beer or two, condiments, napkins etc. and most important the fekking cheese board!!! Who's fekking idea was that? Bunchakuntz

Because they are so fekking expensive you probably need to have exclusive use of something to warrant the cost. I expect that will change to priority booking rights after the first season, unless they sell out every match.
I don't know how many premium seats and boxes there are but if I guess 5,000 and £6,000 a year cost on average then that brings in a third of the revenue for the whole stadium which probably makes the difference between viability or not.

Looks like I'll be sticking to the liver, onions, mash and peas on the high road or Addess and Injura in the Ethiopian down near the Seven Sisters then.

Honestly D. You complain about life in Africa but then eat at the Ethiopian when back in UK.

Yep, Injura is an acquired taste but addictive. Even in the UK most of the food I cook/eat has chilli, onions and garlic in. What I least like about Africa is being shot at. It doesn't happen very often, but once is one time too many.
