it was one of my first days at secondary school. came home and watched the whole thing on bbc news with my mum. absolutely shocking.
I was still at school, remember the teacher having to convince this hysterical dumbass blonde that it was highly unlikely that any terrorists were going to fly a jet into St Ninians high school in kirkintilloch. And yes the americans are still the biggest ****s in the world!
I had just started Uni and was watching it on the news in the Halls. By the way you can hardly blame them for their reaction to 1000s of innocent lives lost and you would have done the same had it been over here. In fact the English media had a similar reaction to 7/7 as they called it.
I had just got back from my Kos the day before 9/11. Totally shocking scenes but at least it didn't spoil my holiday

How much bull**** will be on the tv in a last ditch attempt do discredit nutjob conspiracy theories? How many National Geographic and BBC 9/11 conspiracy documentaries that masquerade as 9/11 Conspiracy documentaries when infact their sole purpose is to show how stupid, crazy and insane the "theories" are, be shown? Watch out for Inside 9/11 and 9/11 Science and Conspiracy, the only science they are interested in is science that would support the official story and completely disregard science against it. They attempt to label and insult everyone who disagrees with the official story, in a subtle and codescending way. I am convinced that these two documentaries will be shown, probably numerous times. They are highly insulting to anyone with a brain.
****ed up my plans big time. was on the way to Heathrow to catch a flight to Detroit on the 12th, was planning to stop at the Holiday inn by the airport. Heard it unfolding on the radio so we (wife and 2 kids) did a detour and went to a relatives house in Islington. I was working in the US and lived in Michigan. We finally got a flight on 22nd of Sept'. Cost me a ****ing fortune in hotel bills.
