I'd like to see both of them sign, both got the makings of good players. I believe the mirror are not just throwing player names and clubs into a hat and drawing out random choices in this case, because I like the rumour

I'm being greedy here but I'd prefer us to sign Promes, and Shaquiri and sell Boufal.

 

I think we've got room for more than 2 new players. We're still desperate for a mimi clear-out, despite releasing about 10 already. I agree about Boufal, and I'd like to add Steven Davis to the list. Shane Long doesn't do it for me anymore either (fickle bastard that I am cos I used to think he was a good player)

 

I'd still keep Long, as a sub he is excellent and does the things all defenders hate.
I meant I'd like them to spruce up our attacking areas... I still think we need to shift 6/7 and bring in about 6/7

Maddison's the sort we'd have gotten a few years ago: absolutely on the radar of the big clubs, but they might not be sure that he can step into their lineups this year. Me? I'm very sure that he could step into our lineup.

Chances of us signing Maddison are next to none I reckon. Most likely to go to replace Mahrez acc to the papers. Hope I'm wrong.

 

Apparently Jonny Evans has a £3m release clause after relegation, that surely is worth a go. Our new owners said that we would be targeting experienced PL players this summer and he fits the bill perfectly and at that price is a bit of a no brainer. I'm sure we would have lots of competition, but definitely worth trying.

 

His agent wants a £4M signing on fee, and along with £120k a week wages, I think that would snub any interest from us. Even Leicester seem to be frustrated with negotiations.
