Nobody's ever pointed this out before. I'm sorry, I'll change my ways.

WOO YEAH! Waghorn! 20 goals at least this season! In Pearson we trust.

if we talking about fisticuffs, Percy, let's not forget who had an incident along with Barmby in front of WI members plus probably numerous other ones - your hero Bullard.

The constant slagging of any player who played for Leicester under Pearson is not just tirsome and boring but is also turning you into a laughing stock.

If Mr Waghorn does join the club and turns in better goal ratio of 4 in 30, will you come on and admit you were wrong (for once IMO, that your IMO no mine IMO) at the end of the season

    Interesting.

Do you think every form of violence is unjustified?

    This bit lost me.

But of course, if I'm wrong I'll admit I'm wrong. I just doubt I will be.

Yes. Unless an egotistical midget attacks you.

Seriously though, I think any violence is pretty daft.

I thought that too, but the thing you've got to understand about Percy is that it's not about the football or the club with him.
This forum is his big ego-trip, it's all about him.
The internet allows people to have their views aired and think they are important for a brief moment.
The problem is that the most insignificant among us become drunk on it until they just post the most purile rubbish to get attention and feed their sad egos.
Success for City would be the worst thing that could happen in Percy's world. If that happened I doubt we would ever hear from him.

So if you and your child were at an event of some kind and some bloke started pushing your kid around, or abusing your kid or stealing from your kid or, God forbid, trying to abduct your kid, you would just stand there and allow it?

ok Percy I will explain it as best I can. to start with I was wrong IMO. Techically the 2nd I could not be the same I as the 1st I(Suspect someone who has English degree will argue with that statement). So in other words it was a long way of stating that the I was wrong IMO referred to the same I(you).
Hope that makes sense, it does in my mind

Probably not, but it's kind of irrelevant to anything in this thread though.
You want me to admit I'm wrong? I will do, if I am.

    Why is it irrelevant?

Would you defend your kin with violence if you thought they were about to be attacked by another and there was no other way of stopping it?

It's a simple question, Yes or No?

No. I'd let them get attacked, it's good for character building.

Then you are very different to a normal person.

Danny East was protecting his kin from a very real threat. He behaved exactly the same as the VAST majority of people would behave and that is why Adam Pearson spent half a day sitting in court supporting him and providing character references for him.

Your argument, which I have no doubt is simply a case of attention seeking, is wrong on many levels. I have, here, used it as a platform to state the truth about what happened to Dan (although there are some other things that happened that you are also unaware of). The byproduct of this is to highlight how much of a fool you are.

    Sorry, not buying that.

If that really did happen he'd have been found not guilty.

I hope that's you being sarcastic, if not then Jesus Christ you have a strange view. If i was out with a family member of a friend and they were in a situation that put their's or someone else's safety in danger i'd feel obliged to step in and either defend them/pull them away depending on the person involved. If for example i was out in hull city centre one afternoon with my 10 year old cousin and he was set upon by a group of kids, my aunt and uncle would hit the ****ing roof if i did nothing with the excuse of 'doing it for his character building'. You appear to live in cloud cuckoo land with not only your views on football but also everyday life it seems

No he wouldn't, he was guilty of assault.

He did what he did because in his opinion his brother was in danger. Under the law you cannot attack someone for what you think they might do. However, people are not the law and as I have said the VAST majority of people who believe their kin to be under threat will do what is necessary to stop that threat from coming to reality.

You can buy what you like. Like I say I, like most people on here, couldn't care less what you believe or don't believe, I am simply using your deluded viewpoint to state what the truth of the matter is.

    Back to the topic subject!
Also on Football Rumours is the following "tongue-in-cheek"paragraph

"Hull City are looking again to secure the loan services of injured Sunderland player Fraizer Campbell to bolster their poorly performing forward line. They have offered the services of their very "cruciate ligament" experienced medical and physio teams to assist his recovery. These medical and physio teams are now considerably under employed following the ditching of basket case Jimmy Bullard."
