I take it all back, Buttler is clearly top notch. As always I have no idea what a good score is at Headingly, but we did much better than Pakistan so good effort. Shame all those decent starts weren’t converted into something more, but a big step forward from Lords. I hope Broad takes a few wickets this innings, or Vaughan will have him on toast given their little media spat.
A shame Broad or Anderson couldn't stick around a bit longer. An hour of Buttler in 20:20 mode would have been fun. Should be no problem for England to wrap this up this afternoon.

Well done England, the exact opposite of Lord’s. Doubtless I will be slammed for this, but much more of this 3 day Test wins and they might as well pack up this form of cricket.
