An African mate of mine has just been offered a place at a South Korean University, I think I might have to visit.
It's a shame that I don't believe a word the Turkish press report, as they're reporting that Leverkusen, Lazio and Sevilla are all interested in signing Vincent Janssen...
Looks like Anton Walkes is the next youngster to move on to pastures new, with Pompey interested in making his loan permanent: https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/football/pompey/pompey-close-in-on-top-flight-talent-1-8518922
On Spurs Community this afternoon, respected 'ITK' and Staff Member, The Goat, has posted that HK, Dele and Christian Eriksen have all signed new contracts. He got the facts about MP's new contract spot on, 5 days in advance of it being released to the media and predicted when it would be released to within a day.
I haven't looked at their stuff in this window, but The Goat is an anonymous account for ITK info. It's not one person. It's used by the mods to pass on anything that they think is reliable, IIRC. It would be very good news if it's true, though and it would echo some of the rumours that have been circulating.
Wasn't aware of the identity being a shared one but the general accuracy of information seems very high. Hopefully, it's spot on. Having those 3 commit would be huge following on MP's presser on Friday. I'm even starting to side with Dier Hard over a possible 'big splash' in the transfer market. Exciting times.
Eriksen's new contract has been rumoured for a few weeks - so, naturally, in the last week the usual suspects have been ramping up speculation that he'll be off to Barca... Son was rumoured for a new contract back in March/April, so it wouldn't surprise me if he can be added to the next batch of contract announcements.
I think it's great that you have a man in charge who will sell anyone and anything as long as the price is right, why worry about the effect on the team or who the replacement will be as long as he gets what he asks money wise
who has he sold just cos the price was right? Walker? Bale? Berbatov? Carrick? Keane? Modric? 6 players in 12 years...all of whom demanded to go...so he got the highest price possible. Stam, Beckham, Ronaldo all sold by United at the height of their careers in a 8 year period... only 3 less than us... presumably SAF was "a man in charge who will sell anyone and anything as long as the price is right, why worry about the effect on the team or who the replacement will be as long as he gets what he asks money wise " It was well known that United wanted Rose and Dier last season and several clubs have been interested in Kane, Eriksen and Dele yet all are with us cos none have demanded a move. If it was a price is right issue they'd all be gone for staggering sums. Madrid, United and Chelsea are all on record as stating they do not like dealing with Levy...their dislike comes from him being bloody minded in demanding the best deal for spurs...so personally I am glad he does what he does.
Nope, SAF was the manager The only one of those you mentioned that we sold who we/he wanted to keep was Ronaldo but we knew he was leaving for Madrid before he signed. The other two went because SAF said get rid, they were bad apples. How was it well known United wanted Rose and Dier last season, did transfer whispers tell you
