To be fair I've always liked Welbeck and he's got a very respectable record for England too.

Latest injuries have ruined him though it seems.

Fair enough. I rarely bother; and I zone out when the pundits are talking on Motd or whatever.

Alan Handson used to be worth listening to for insights. Glen Hoddle still is imo. Listening to most of the others gives my arsehole a headache in all honesty.

Delli should be playing where Dier played, he can play a bit deeper and Vardy should be playing where Alli was, just ****ing go for it

I’d go further than that. Do we really need a goalkeeper?

I think if you were to try and play Kane and Vardy together with one in a supporting role it may work better with Kane sitting off Vardy. Kane is more likely to unleash from outside the box (like yesterday) and make play whereas Vardy is a preditor in the box. I don’t think Vardy would play the support role very well

Good first half, but our defence looks a bit suspect.

Last 16 is as good as it gets

Agreed, Last 16 although we could scrape a quarter final.

Dier is offering no protection, so the back 3 are getting screwed.

I’d Vardy or Rashford instead of Sterling. Dele was one of the few players creating anything yesterday.

100% agree. Vardy being the furthest forward pushes the opposition back too
