Roman Abramovich has taken Israeli citizenship, allegedly, to ease his way back into the UK. Israeli passport holders can visit the UK for up to 6 months without needing a visa.
Quicker (and safer?) than declaring the source of his money, in order to get a visa, to return the way he used to.
