...and I'm not just talking about ironing my shirts, wiping my own arse, and brewing myself a cup of tea.
If it was inevitable then I would be, but I'd rather not. My only concern is that I don't think he will have it easy in the PL. He wasn't brilliant in La Liga for a Real Madrid. I also think he's the type of guy who would leave us if say a Juve came along. It'll be ****ed if Poch leaves, we got a good thing going at Spurs...just need Levy to back his man now.
There's a ceiling for Poch in terms of what he can accomplish at Spurs... and that ceiling is set by Levy's spending. Poch continues to be frustrated by this and imo I think he's right because it's simply not enough to win the Premier League.
HIAG is living in dream land if he thinks contracts mean anything in football. The "he has a contract" is the last straw in every delusional football fans hand.
I agree, I've been saying it since the season finished, Poch is right 'the club(as in Levy) need to be brave' It's about time Levy speculates to accumulate, Poch has done wonders to suggest that he is the man to back and with strengthening the first team we could move up a notch, instead of always buying for the future or someone who will have to prove themselves in training to get the odd start. The thinking needs to change from Levy
How many consecutive years in CL now for Spuds? That's got to have some pulling power, as well as a steady stream of revenue to invest. No need to go crazy, but one or two solid or star purchases would send out a statement to the rest of the league.
Hypothetically, yeah 100%, we’d be stupid not too. Naturally I’d rather we do all we can to keep Poch but if he was dead set on a move to Madrid then bringing in Zidane would appease what would be a concerned fanbase and also playing staff.
