Grow a pair? I'd destroy you totally if I had 4 testicles you ***..you're not reading it because you know it's true.

Boasting about how your husband hates Muslims...and then posting ****e like you did to Fan. Having butthurt for the last 2 weeks and trying to get a bite by having a pop at me fasting...then claiming '****s n giggles' when you get some back. If you behave like you have an issue with someone and that persons life and the life of that persons family the post things hinting at it...then expect a load of **** back...regardless of how much room you leave in your phrasing to claim '****s n giggles'

    Amateur <laugh>

In a nod to new Muslim BobbyD I had sweet and sour chicken with rice for Sahur plus a spinach, blueberry, banana, goji smoothie and a Starfruit Juice. Set for the day now.

To be honest your body does adapt to the change in food patterns by making the most of everything you plough in. The smoothie helps with a good clear out of your lower intestine!

Tbf that's true, I think the change in eating pattern and the significant amount of time inbetween must play havoc with digestion. I suppose anything that helps is all good. I was introduced to something called pheni many many years ago. Apparently very good for that early morning sustenance... fcking delicious tbh. High carbs, high fibre, plenty of liquid (as it was soaked in milk) and cold.

As for the evening meal, home-made chicken biryani from the old dear next door please.

Been adding health foods to my juices lately - Chia Seeds etc. Bought a bag of Quinoa as well, which sounds similar to Pheni but no idea what to do with it! Apparently its an Andean superfood.

Quinoa <laugh> fcking hell don't talk to me about that, I was buying that 8 months ago when I started cooking daily. I got the Uncle Ben's to be perfectly honest - done in 5 mins lol. I tell you a quick superfood worth getting is Flaxseed or Baobub (sp). Sprinkle a tablespoon of either of those in or on anything and job's a goodun <ok>
