Nope! He is 26 years old and has only scored 38 goals in his entire career - what a striker on the Joselu level.
We are in desperate need of pace up front and King has more of a physical presence than Gayle. Mitrovic is too slow but could be a useful sub (if he stays). I would take him - better than Toss-a-loo!
Rather plump on Armstrong tbh, young, England (youth) International, scored goals for the last two seasons and i think under Benitez will flourish.
Personally I don't think Armstrong will ever make it at this Level. I've watched Bournemouth quite a bit. King is decent. Strong and can finish.
As we know he is still ****e but people mention King's "scoring" record and his strength. Yet Joselu is just as strong and with a more consistent and better scoring rate!
