Firstly, Tommy wasn't doing anything wrong, he originally asked the police if he could stand on the court house steps, they said no, Tommy obliged. Tommy was later walking away from the courthouse when 7, yes 7 police officers followed him and arrested him for suspicion, yes suspicion of breach of the peace. How come they said suspicious, obviously there was no breach of the peace.(most of us, if not all know what breach of the peace means} = causing a disturbance. There was only Tommy, his cameraman and 2 friends outside the courthouse. Funny how a paddy wagon just happen to be there...........but, if Tommy was committing a crime, why didn't the police arrest him at the court house steps? The charge was later changed to contempt of court, wrong charge.........before Tommy was arrested, there is a picture showing the Judge at a window, with a female police officer looking down at Tommy Robinson, he was sneering, minutes later, Tommy was arrested. The female officer was one of the 7 officers who arrested Tommy. The Judge has admitted to doing things wrong, and apparently, Geoffrey Marson QC was the same Judge who sat on the previous Muslim Rape gang case. The Judge admitted to not watching the video, and, the previous suspended sentence was irrelevant to the case and had nothing to do with Tommy's case and sentencing. SO! how can Tommy be charged with contempt of court? I suspect this Judge, along with what looks like his own police officer following were after the limelight, but instead got their arses kicked. It took the authorities all weekend to allow the media to report on TR's imprisonment adding his reporting could had 'potentially predudiced' the trail?, how could it?, the evidence had all been heard and he was reporting on the case before the verdict was reached. When he received and was bound by the conditions of his suspended sentence it was on condition no filming reelsted to court cases was allowed. Before you respond don’t... He entered a guilty plea so it’s happened as charged. That how British law the law he claims to fight for works.. All are equal and Robinson is no more equal than you or me.

What is a guilty plea in a kangaroo caught, it means nothing when the charges are the wrong charges and the Judge admits he did things wrong, not to mention the evidence also proves the same. Everything points to charges being overturned and dismissed. However, for your information, it's being said he pleaded guilty cos the court appointed solicitor suggested he should and he would only get 1 maybe 2 months suspended I think it was. Now he has his regular Solicitor / Barrister working on his appeal. "Contempt of court" you're a know it all Chippy, so, he's originally arrested for suspicion of breach of the peace and inciting, they realised they couldn't make that stick cos Tommy, his cameraman and 2 friends were the only ones outside the court, so, how can he breach the peace and incite.......he can't. So the charges were changed to contempt of court, however, here's the loophole, the Judge admitted to doing things wrong plus, he told Tommy the previous suspended sentence had nothing to do with his case and was irrelevant, therefore, based on what the Judge said, there is no contempt of court..........The Judge actually told Tommy he was being sentenced for the crime of which he was in front of the Judge for, which was contempt of court, which didn't happen because the Judge had already told Tommy his previous case was not part of this, therefore, there is no contempt of court. Also, the Judge was looking out of the window at Tommy Robinson before he sent the police to arrest him, which means the Judge is a witness, therefore cannot try Tommy. I hope, while you're unpicking your sewing that it all makes sense to you, however, I suspect not. . . Please, do not feel ashamed to know me, save it all for self shame. Do not be embarrassed for me, but feel free to be embarrassed for yourself in not knowing the details of the case / situation before opening your gob....yet again.
However Chippy, while Tommy was at the bottom of the courthouse steps, he asked the police if he could stand on the courthouse steps, the police replied no, they're courthouse property, Tommy obliged and walked away..........So, if Tommy was committing a crime, and knowing how the corrupt police hate Tommy Robinson, can you please explain why the police didn't arrest Tommy at the bottom of the courthouse steps? Whether he was advised that he would get a lighter sentence or not is irrelevant. He accepted he committed the offence. Everything else you are spouting is bollix. Justice was served. If he cant do the time.............. So because you don't agree with the verdict and sentence its a kangaroo court.... You need some serious help.

Once the Judge admitted he did things wrong, that's cause for a mistrial, and he became a witness, he should never have tried Tommy, it's against the law, but the Judge it seems was so eager to jail Tommy he forgot the law, he was a QC too................It's not bollocks Chippy, it's all out there, just do your research, or watch the videos I posted again, and again, and again, and again till it sinks in.
