Shooting in Belgium

Man who took woman hostage and shot dead three people including two Po Po has been killed. I assume the chap face down on the pavement with his hands tied behind his back was the shooter. Not sure if the tying of hands was post mortem or if they wanted to make sure he couldn't get away before shooting him. Nothing at the moment to indicate if he was just a random gun-toting nutter or a muzzy terrorist.

Happened in Liege where this sort of thing is Standard. (One for the footballers on here)
