While not a lover of Leeds Utd - I hate vandals and people who have no respect for other peoples property a lot more. I feel sorry for the poor bloke (could have been a dad with his son etc) who had to come back to find that. Unfortunately things like this could have caused the Leeds fans to kick off - and next time who knows what the retribution will be. On behalf of decent Hull fans I'd like to apologise to the victims.
Hull fans it could well have been, they've a history of damaging away supporters vehicles. Hull City fans however, were under CCTV and close Police observation inside the stadium at the time they were on fire. If we're into wild guessing, it could equally have been a Leeds fan ejected or not allowed in, after all, only one of the four cars was a Leeds fans, the majority were liable to be City or local. Let's hope they're as quick with their apologies.
As it was first reported whilst we were all over a mile away enjoying our half time pie n pint I fail to see how it's got anything to do with the football at all. Perhaps one car developed an electrical fault and caught fire? Has anyone any proof at all that it was an arson attack? Has the question been asked of the residents who may have been aggrieved to see "strangers" cars parking up in a residential area? It's very unfortunate that one car was thought to belong to someone who supported Leeds Utd, as it is for the othe people who's cars are said to have been "torched".........HDM words, not mine. But I fail to see, and cannot understand why a link always has to be made to the fact that a football match was already taking place in the area. But it does leave us wide open to idiots using this as an excuse to "even" things up the next time we park up at an away game.
Why this has nothing to do with Hull City Fans anyone sensible can see that a mile off, apart from HP. Reading the story seems like an insurance job on one car and unfortunately the Leeds car was one of the other 3 cars Damaged, absolutely nothing to do with Football.
Not being funny but what muppet away fan parks there? Get rid of the stickers if you are going to bother.
Maybe it rubbed a bit of salt in the wounds of that certain Leeds fan, after donating half his earnings to andy dawson, he may well have wanted to keep hold of them Either way, I imagine it's got something to do with footy, probably some 15 year old chav who saw leeds fans park up, but doesn't go to games himself, thinking he's big and hard showing off to his mates. There's one way to figure out how it started, any glass inside the cars? When they explode glass shatters outwards...
The L**ds fans reckon we're a "TOWN FULL OF L**DS FANS, JUST A TOWN FULL OF L**DS FANS............." So whoever did this regrettable emoticon-0136-giggl) act cannot be from Hull!
Some bloke (L**ds fan) has been on 606 saying a pub was wrecked by the TWS interbreeders before the game.Anyone heard anything of this or is a load of cack ?
****ing hell my typing is shocking.I'll just pretend I'm doing it on an iphone, yeah that's it.....these iphones are ****.
"We saw some Leeds fans who didn't look happy.W They wouldn't do. They'd have missed all the first half and the start of the second and poissibly just found out they're 2-0 down and being given a footballing lesson. Perhaps if the 100's of Police bunging the stadium exits up had been deployed with a bit more thought and efficiency there could have been some on patrol around the ground? They can't all need to watch the match can they?
