    Sad to hear of his passing early today and my thoughts to all his family and friends. If my memory serves me correctly wasn't he the manager of Hartlepool United when they came to Ashton Gate for that thrilling playoff second leg several years ago? That will always be one of my City highlights because I just happened to be in England to see the game with my brothers.

    I went up there for the game,they gave it a real good go on limited resources.
    He did very well.
