    Not content with getting relegated to League One, Sunderland have continued their love of dropping like a stone by seeing the Women's team go from the top tier to the third tier, even though they finished 7th last season <laugh><laugh><laugh>

    It's part of the hilarious FA restructure of the female game

    I also believe their senior lifeguard drowned in a rockpool on Roker beach trying to save a starfish that got into difficulties.

    Comedy value aside, it's a big kick in the teeth for Women's Football in the North East.

    All the talk about grass roots football, but, again the FA don't give a **** about the region.
