In this case it's not either of those things. He was arrested due to conditions of his suspended sentence

On a wider note he was breaking the law and potentially aiding the ***** ****s. A mistrial due to exposure and influence would not be helping the victims. Stevie boy was furthering his own agenda and not there for the victims

He was arrested for a breach of the peace. The cop clearly states why he is being arrested. That breach of the peace may well break the terms of his previous release on a suspended sentence but only when and if he is found guilty in a court of law. There is supposed to be due judicial process in this country. Where evidence is gathered, statements are taken, prosecutors decide on the merits of a case and court dates are set. Not for Tommy though. Arrested, straight to court, off to jail. Not for one minute do I think Robinson would have pled guilty to any charge so how can he be found guilty and sentenced without due process?

If he has been remanded in custody until a future court appearance then fair enough but that doesn't seem to be the case.

The message the Government are sending out is clearly, do not talk about Pakistani child rape gangs or we will lock you up.

    It harms #diversity .

Anyone that thinks him getting jail time for reporting outside court is ****ed in the head.

Muslim Pakistani rejoicing at the News of someone being jailed for reporting on Muslim Pakistani *****philes what a shock.

I would suggest that shedding light on these people is supporting the victims and potential victims better than silence.
He was the only " journalist " outside court .

    Would you suggest that aye?

Thats because, like yaxley, you're a moron

The reason journos dont appear to be outside (even though they are) is so cases like these don't allow it, by law, to be reported as the defencr can claim prejudice, .or trial by media. Thus possibly resulting in a mistrial.

Yeah let's "help" the victims to go through all of it again because yaxley wants to be on tele

The process of law WAS followed. This is how it works in suspended sentences and breaches.
