ROFL. No offence taken. I hope you realise that I've been grinning LF though this exchange. Confession time .... As you may have gathered, I like Alioski. But I too have found myself shouting at him! It may surprise you that it's not just for the diving & card waving, which I too detest, but for being a bit of a nancy at times. Xmas I think was a watershed for him. The diving & card waving had died down by then. He's not so much of a nancy now, either. In fact, he's gone in for a few 50:50s where I sniffed a red card. You did however nail the problem he has, in that he does get knocked off the ball easily, especially in full flight. And this has been recognised & acted on. By the opposition. Hence increase in clatterings. Saiz is also targeted, but stays on the ball longer. Not sure if it's a case of lower centre of gravity, or perhaps that his mazy runs are more unpredictably than Alioski's direct runs, making him harder to ease off the ball. But you have to balance that with Saiz's tendency to take on a man too many, or his questionable decision-making. Would deffo keep both for what they have to offer. When was the last time we had so many flair players? For perspective, I have to tell you that I've shouted and bawled at various 'flair' players over the years. Like Alioski, Snoddy seemed to drift out of loads of matches, but we forgave him, for what he gave us made it worth it, and most of the time, there was no-one else anyway. Kilkenny, you might recall was a great flair player, but tackle? Closest he came to that was picking up his fishing bag. I realised a long time ago that if we have a player, particularly of the flair variety, that produces 100% throughout a season, then he's moving on. Being in the Championship, I accept that our players will be flawed, some more than others. And I will sign off by admitting that sometimes even my patience & understanding for all things Leeds runs out. And don't get me started on referees!
Funny how you told me publicly and very pointedly that I meant nothing to you, and you were putting me on ignore. Again Yet here you are today, having a dig at every opportunity. Like a troll. Worrying.
And probably 2-3 times as many think he's great. The lad never stops running and trying,if we had 11 on the pitch that put his effort in,we would have won the league.
You got what you deserved for rubbishing the opinions of others. With your ridiculous wish for video evidence. At least you realised you had made a cock of yourself and withdrew it.
Pipe down, precious. LeedsofLondon is perfectly capable of responding, and duly did. Why you insisted on involving yourself I have no idea. Well, actually I do, but given your poor health, I'll spare you the ignomy. Best put me back on ignore - it's better for your blood pressure.
We'll never win anything with the likes of some of our fans favourites Cooper, Roofe & Alioski in our team. All three would look good in League One
