good morning to Matt and co from a wet Bardsey
Hardmen or dirty is there a difference for me Giles ticked all the boxes butter wouldn't melt in his mouth
Hugill totally overrated not worth more than 2m
It appears that Hernandez is playing hard to get well with his injury track record maybe better to look elsewhere Marriott for me

    Morning all

LL you are a great joker, I mean, that punch line and timing :emoticon-0148-yes:

Norman was skilful and was able to break up play and create, Yorath was pretty much a hard man and I would also rate Matteo but for me it was Vinnie

Lol, you’ll need a better cast than that. You’re no glory are you.

In the same week that he said Kyle Bartley and Lewis Cook wouldn’t improve our team he’s saying bring back Tinkerbell to play with the other fairies. That is humour of the highest order and beats Glory’s dark wit hands down. Fair play to him.

Billy was as hard as nails, never flinched a tackle like our current lot do, he would fight with the best of them even though they were bigger than him, the likes of Harris, Mackay, Smith, Storey, etc knew they had been in a physical battle when confronted with Billy.
Bremner also had eyes in the back of head, he was aware of everything around him, a true leader & captain. Billy was so influential, scored many important goals for Leeds & his unique side pass with the heel of his boot was a joy to be seen

For me there can only be one at the top and that has to be the legend that is Norman. Closely followed by Billy Johnny and Joe.

Well linked in Italian paper today with Inzaghi - says slim chance of success but I'll take it if true as proof of the obvious that Heck is on his way

Inzagi is one of the big names in football and an out and out attacking forward. His style of management is exactly the same, but I wonder if he has the experience needed. He was Milan U19coach before taking over the first team from Seedorf. He had some decent results but was let go and took over Seria B club and got them promoted to Seria A. He has won a couple of cups and won promotion in his short career so far. it would be massive PR for the club though if it were true

YEP have already dismissed it (but I'm still confident Hecky is on his way) https://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co...n-to-strange-inzaghi-links-in-italy-1-9180814

Yeah, I laughed at the Cook comment. But while glory uses a more subtle and skilful bait to provoke debate (arguments), LL is a bit more millwall route one so easy to recognise what it is and ignore <ok>
