Might have a rest tomorrow or Thursday. Trying to do 4 exercises a week along with calorie counting. I went from just under 15 stone in August 2016 to 11st 11lb in May 2017. Then slowly put it back on towards New Years where I weighed myself back at 13st 1lb. Back down to 12st 1lb.
I appear to be back in the running groove. I don’t doubt that the next injury or ailment is just around the corner as has been the case for the past 5 years.
Good work mate. Been exercising 5 times a week: Core, plyometrics, Pilates, running. Best running times since I was 38 (8 years ago). Running outdoors on hilly surfaces and some cross country. Back in office now June July so will be cycling to office 5 days a week too. Started smoking though and festival season approaching which means class A use will go up from a couple of times a month to several nights a month
Treadmill or outdoor? I get bored on treadmill unless there’s a decent looking girl on the stepmaster in front. Outdoors, back in Manchester, is great though.
I weighed this morning after having had two consecutive beery barbecues this week and I've put 4lbs on. That's same time in the morning as Monday, pre breakfast, so a reasonable indicator. I've also done **** all by way of excersise this week, although last week I did a decent amount. Away for the weekend in the van, which no doubt involves sitting about drinking beer and having cook outs so it doesnt bode well. Will have to up my game next week and beyond, although it's mainly looking like squash matches to get in before month out.
Fair play. I'm also in an office. **** for exercise but good for diet I find. Less chance of being caught short and eating **** food. Struggling this week. Swimming twice. Eaten not brilliant.
The science behind it isn’t all that involved. Having the desire and discipline to put that science into practice is the real struggle most people face.
Just one avocado and water from wakening until 9pm for the last week. Lost some weight, but feel ****. Might add some steak & mushrooms to the mix and see how I get on
Stop starving yourself and do some exercise you lazy old bastard. The whisky you chuck down your neck won’t be helping your oversized waistline.
