Quite like what normal people refer to as a conversation Admittedly I commented that the price was irrelevant if they don’t want to sell. something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it, its obvious the sale price is too high or it would have gone. If something doesn't go for the asking price then the seller can put the price down or not sell, they are obviously still getting a good return on their investment so are in no rush, I would think all of the meals, fuel, hotels, car rentals, anything will be going through city's books to keep the debt up and therefore the price unrealistic. Wasn't Pearson on the radio a few months back saying if someone is going to buy it the owners need to actually want to sell. Unfortunately its not really for sale yet, we are lumbered with these parasites.
