Falling apart for Arsenal... Am I the only one feeling a little bit more confident about getting top 4?
Top 4 is ours for the taking. Wenger has lost his dressing room and Redknapp has lost his (did you see Arry's 3 subs wouldn't even look him in the eye?). Both clubs are going through a bad time, especially Arsenal.
Arsenal have yet to finish a league game with 11 men this season. Not good enough... When we had our bad patch a couple of seasons ago, we were poor... I don't think we became this bad. Bloody hell... 7-2. Rooney hat-trick... I never though Arsenal would lose this badly.
BTW - Chris i think i beat you in the head to head as Shawcross got me 6 points. Not 100% on your score though but i think i won?
Deary me. Arsenal should refund all tickets for this match and offer free tickets for the next 10 home games to get some where near a comprimise for those poor fans. Wenger's own stubborness is to blame really. We all know English players are overpriced but they'd show a hell of a lot more fight than the players currently out there. Does make me wonder how many we would have scored had Vermaelen not been playing for them last week. He was a man mountain and they missed him badly today.
Crawley Town went to Old Trafford in the F.A Cup last season and lost 1-0. Arsenal went to Old Trafford today and lost 8-2. That says a lot...
Well well well, I had problems since yesterday afternoon which stopped me from watching the Liverpool game so thats why I didn't do an analysis, seen the scores for the other 'Top six' teams and was shocked. Chelsea won unsuprisingly, Manchester City slotted 5 past Tottenham and Dzeko is on fire. Arsenal lost 8-2 and I honestly believe the top four should be a realistic target for us which no-one can deny now. Chelsea, City and United will push for the title whilst we know our targets and try to build and sit comfortably in the top four. Surely Arsenal's start is worse than Liverpool's last season?
Words cannot really describe it... Just mental. I'm not going to lie, I feel a little bit more confident about getting in the top 4 now! Arsene Wenger has until Wednesday at 12.00AM. If he doesn't invest serious amounts of money, I feel Arsenal are in for a long hard season.
Ze, Just saw your comments on the Spurs "who's worse" thread. So tempted to join in but I feel two arguments with those numpties in one week may be too much. It annoys me how deluded they are in their predictions and how 4th and 5th is a fight between them and Arsenal. They are a joke of a team with a joke of a manager and we will finish above them. RANT OVER.
