I think it’s not going to be as straight forward as that for him. The criteria are quite stringent, and the UK is entitled to keep him excluded until it is completely satisfied that Abramovic has properly and fully disclosed the source of all of his wealth. Fudging details and relying on allegiances with Russian political figures will not gain him any advantage over the rules. Quite the reverse, in fact.
