Both Atletico and Valencia have far greater resources than Sevilla. Not really comparable tbh.

 

Didn't know those 2 were that much bigger.

Just had a look at their la Liga incomes and they are around 20m euros smaller.

 

Atleti is in the capital. Valencia is Spain's 3rd largest city. Sevilla is a beautiful Moorish town, but it's a backwater - Andalucia is the most depressed region in Spain. So if their La Liga income is that high, perhaps that's the legacy of their unprecedented success under Emery?

I know ****all about La Liga really mate, tbh. Sevilla are my mate's local team (he lives between there and Cadiz) & he always spoke of them as though they were a club about the size of Saints, but that could be wrong. Andalucia is pretty depressed though, one of the poorest corners of Europe. I suppose that doesn't stop them having a successful football team.
