Suso has said he wants to return. I'd love to have him back tbh - he's a much better player now. Maybe next year when Lallana's age really begins to show.

I've recently started making my own Kefir at home, a cheap and easy way to improve the health of one's gut biome

    Monday May 20
    8.20am:
Philippe Coutinho has reportedly discovered that Barcelona intend to ship out Ousmane Dembele.
According to Don Balon, a Spanish outlet famous for its outlandish transfer claims, Coutinho has learned that Barca want to get rid of Dembele as soon as possible.
The report claims that Barca are desperate to free up funds to bring in Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann and they’re prepared to sacrifice Dembele to do so.
Liverpool will be on red alert, with Klopp desperate for new faces this summer as he looks to challenge Manchester City for the Premier League title.
7.30am: Liverpool and Arsenal transfer target Max Meyer has reportedly agreed terms to join Hoffenheim this summer.
Meyer's contract at Schalke expires next month, and the club confirmed in April that he will leave after extension talks led nowhere.
The 22-year-old has since been banished from training, bringing a bitter end to his time at the club he has served since the age of 14.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Barcelona were all thought to be interested in signing the Germany international on a free transfer.
But German newspaperLeipziger Volkszeitungreports that he has instead chosen to remain in the Bundesliga with Hoffenheim.

those are hard luck stories right there.

Meyer going to hoffenheim is no advancement of his career at all and no higher pay thats for sure!

Dembele this morning i think is complete made up stuff. I think theres a clear push on dembele from barca... but who will want the guy is my question. I would be one to hold fire on til later in summer and see if barca get desperate. With wolrd cup on greizmann is going nowhere unitl after anyway IMO.

I'll admit it's an acquired taste Saint. If you don't mind stuff like natural yoghurt you can get used to Kefir. I had no problem with it
from the start but I can understand those who are put off.

I have tried it, but I really don't like a lot of milk-based products anyway. I just couldn't stomach it. If you can, then good for you. <ok>

It's a culture you add to milk, it derives from grains and once you get it started you can keep it going by adding a small amount to another batch and letting it ferment.
    It improves your spelling.

You get some kefir 'grains', good quality stuff available online. Put them in a container with milk ( I'm using full fat dairy at the moment but
will experiment with other milks in due course. Our dairy herds down here are world famous for quality) and leave it at room temp. for 24 hours
or more. Then remove the grains and you're left with a slightly sour milk drink which is high in probiotics.
There are many ways of making this stuff ( Water kefir, Coconut milk, Nut milks etc.)
The grains will last indefinitely as they grow larger through being 'fed' by the milk. When they get to big for what you require then you reduce
them and give the excess to a friend to make their own.
That's how I got started and its early days for me and a learning curve. But this stuff is appearing more and more in health stores and is pricey.
So easy to make your own. The grains are thought to have originated in the Caucasus and have been around for centuries

If you don't take to the dairy or have lactose intolerance issues try a non-dairy alternative

so you are just soaking a grain in milk that grows bacteria in the milk then drain milk and drink?
