If it helps, I am driving to Heathrow on Wednesday to stay at the hotel overnight...it is technically on Heathrow Airport at T4 so maybe we'll hear Wednesday
I would be absolutely delighted if it was Jokanovic but not sure how waiting until the weekend and hoping Fulham (by a mile a better team than Villa) loose would go down
If the club think there is someone better than hughes out there for the job then im ok with that.just get it done either way
so forget the proven Welshman and hire a Serb with no premiership experience who's been bankrolled to fame (but only if he fails) sorted.
Yep I am all for Hughes to get the job, as he seems to have an affinity with the players now - I have said before that the intensity they went through in the last few weeks was better than any bonding weekend in a hotel etc. But, if the club have a viable successor (not a MP2 clone), then I am behind it...but just get it done
Flying to Canada Wed T2 so will keep me ears open....mind you if announced at all Wed I'll probably be in the air!!
I flew from Terminal 5 when I went to Montreal in late October 2008. It was just in time to see Obama elected. The flight followed the setting sun all the way across the Atlantic until the descent began. On arrival there was heavy rain, the next morning I awoke to heavy snow, all before Halloween had struck. By the time of my departure, a few days later, the temperature had recovered to 16C.
Have had conflicting reports as to the expected weather....only 3 days Vancouver then on to Alaska...........Where temperatures are struggling to get to 15 or so at the moment.....
I'm staying overnight at T4, but travelling from T3 to Atlanta the next day (easier to leave car at T4 hotel and get free shuttle train to T3). Staying 1 week in Atlanta and then 10 days Amelia Island in Florida - temperatures are about 32-35 degrees in Atlanta, but thunder and lightning (that's very, very frightening) forcast for the whole trip
Sky sources: Sky Sports News understands Mark Hughes is edging closer to being appointed Southampton manager on a three-year contract. The former Stoke and Manchester City boss guided the club to Premier League safety last season after taking over midway through March until the end of the season. We’re told Hughes held initial talks with the club last week and is now moving towards signing an agreement to keep him and his backroom staff at St Mary’s until 2021.
What I love is I don't ever believe a word of 'Sky Sources' when they are talking about outgoings, but if it is good news, I believe every word
Closer to signing....does that mean he has been invited off the front step and allowed to sit in the foyer?
It means Les has sent one of the staff down to Tesco’s for a new biro because Ralph keeps nicking all his.
