You know the chances of him winning the court case are remote? Just the usual tabloid guff to get you growling over your cornflakes.
the slopping out one is a ****ing joke. I would want compensation for passive smoking though. Mon the *****s!!
Really ? look at the amount thats been paid out already for claims , it could be argued , that are not dissimilar; In fact , I think I`ll take someone to court for the "mental anguish " this kind of pish is causing me
For every story like this you read in the papers only about one in ten are successful. Strangely, the tabloids rarely report that information.
To which rights can prisoners lay claim? The fact that he's a ****phile makes no difference. Should a thief contract lung cancer due to passive smoking, is he entitled to compensation? If so, then all are entitled, regardless of the crime that brought them a prison term. The who debate centres around the first sentence of this post.
He needs to be careful that his wish to be close to something that can burn does not eventually come true
Glad to hear that ST, I didn't really look for the outcome, it was more to prove a point that no matter what these whinging pricks are going to complain their human rights are being breached ... **** knows how we got to a situation that prisoners think they have the right to sue the tax payer, thats the issue here!!
No they should have the time of their lives at our expense. Poor souls. One really feels for them. Its all our faults that they turn to crime. Society is to blame.
I agree. While some law abiding citizens cannot afford to feed and clothe their kids, let's give the poor criminals PS3's and Sky telly. It's the least they deserve, poor unfortunates.
